MIP  -  MAIN INSTRUMENT PANEL

The B737NG MIP represents the current B737 configuration including the full Standby equipment, lightings and all tactile surfaces given on the real flight deck.
 
Features included:
  • Scale Instrument Panel sizes and shapes
  • Scale and detailed display frames
  • All backlighted panels
  • Original panel screws for realistic look and feeling
  • Stiff structure of the Landing gear lever (No bending or deformation from high grade of use)
  • Knobs (injection moulded/ backlight where applicable)
  • Powder coated metal Construction (MIP, Glare and support structure)
 
The Outboard Source Select Panel, as well as the Outboard Glare Wing Panels, the First Officer’s Display Select Panel and the Captain’s Display Select Panel are backlighted and realized with detail to original tactile feel selectors.

OVERHEAD SECTION

A full scale replica of the Boeing 737 OVERHEAD FWD PANEL is installed in the ACC B737NG.
The whole Overhead Panel is backlighted and functional. The backlight is completely dimmable. All Panels have fully functional buttons and two stage LEDs. The Panels are finely engraved and have an absolute realistic look.
 
 

- The Panel itself is fitted with warm white backlight
- All lights are dimmable
- The Overhead Panel is equipped with electromagnetic YAW-DAMPER, Wing ANTI-ICE switches and START switches
- A pushbutton for annunciator tests is built-in into every LED
- All Gauges are working as realistic as the genuine cockpit
- FLT ALT and LAND ALT are equipped with yellow digit.

FLIGHTDECK DISPLAYS

PFD/ ND
The Captain Side and the First Officer Side Primary Flight and Navigation Displays are equipped with high quality display devices to provide a clear and true colored visibility to all shown parameters, like the EICAS, from every angle. Furthermore, the brightness can be controlled via the MIP Panels as in the real flight deck. PFD/ND/ Display Frames are all machined components.

​EICAS Displays
The Upper and Lower EICAS Displays are high quality devices which allow a clear look from any position. Detail pieces replicate the locking system of the displays. The frames are designed as scale replications.

HUD - HEAD UP DISPLAY

The B737 can be improved with a working HUD on the CPT Side. The HUD is representing the genuine HUD in function and is a rare addition to your flight training device. The HUD is displaying the information from the Captain Side PFD.

MCP / GLARE

The installed ACC B737 Mode Control Panel includes all functions the genuine Aicraft is providing.
 
Features included:
- 14 fully functional buttons, backlighted with white LEDs and green Indications for good visibility in all situations.
- 3 round pushbuttons to select CO, ALT INT and SPEED INT functions.
- Bank angle selector with highly reliable Contelec dual concentric HDG-SEL Knobs (10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°).
- Electromagnetic Auto Throttle ARM switch with green LED Indicator.
- White color LED 7 segment Displays for Altitude, VS, Heading, IAS, Left and Right Course.
- Ambient light sensor for display brightness regulation.
- Grayhill optical encoders.
- Aluminum dust-coated knobs (with symbols on course knobs).
 

EFIS Control
Outside the MCP, two full scale replica EFIS Control Selectors are installed.

Features included:

- Custom high resolution backlighting Panel.
- Triple concentric devices for MINS and BARO regulation.
- RADIO/BARO and IN/HPA are two positions 60° index rotary switches.
- MINS and BARO regulation are real as in the aircraft.
- Double concentric devices are installed for the MODE and RANGE Selectors.
- MODE and RANGE Knobs are respectively 4 and 8 positions 30°index.

THROTTLE QUADRANT

The B737NG TQ series are designed to be accurate, fully functioning replicas of the original part and provide the same reliability to intensive use.

  • Sturdy structure ideal for massive use
  • Mechanical Lock system for reverse and fuel cutoff
  • High speed motorized trim wheels with folding handles
  • All metal levers
  • Software driver included and totally configurable
  • Each unit is individually calibrated and ready to use
  • Stab Trim Switches

IT SYSTEM

The ACC Air.Craft.Controls Computer System is made to match the exact specifications to run your P3D and X-Plane Systems including all addons as fast as possible.
ACC is using preselected CPU´s from "Der 8auer" and is selecting just the finest ASUS parts in Motherboard and GPU. As the market always moves on, please contact us for the "State of the Art" system.

We pay special attention to loading times, to position change and the ability to handle a huge amount of photorealistic sceneries. Our goal is to startup the simulator under 60 seconds and realise position changes under 25 seconds.

POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM

The ACC B737 is powered by 3 Phase 16A 230V AC. Managed by a state of the Art SPS System, redundant Power Supplies for each relevant device and an automatic startup procedure are just the key items of the power supply system.
Build on German quality with zero defect, based on the DIN VDE 0701-0702 reg. DGUV 3, your system is always safe of running, even under high load conditions. Optionally, an UPS can be installed to allow a safe shutdown on power loss.
